Enjoying Life with a Divine Sense of Humor by Christina Scalise

This is the March 23rd poem I wrote years ago that was included in the book... 365 Days of Angel Prayers. It always reminds me of just how funny Spirit can be when giving messages and to always ask them to share that sense of humor in my readings... which they do a LOT!!! Thank you Spirit for always giving me and my clients something to smile and laugh about! Such a beautiful way to heal!

Enjoying Life with a Divine Sense of Humor

“Angels, please help me find the best way to deal with this tough situation.” 

I hear nothing. I see nothing. I sense nothing.  

I start to stress and make plans ...and God smiles. 

I ask for signs from my Guides ...and hear a chuckle. 

I pray for the Angels to help me ...and they dance and they laugh.  

“Are you there? Are you listening? Do you hear me?”   

I ask again for a sign ...and my favorite song begins to play on the radio. 

I smile ...feel the rhythm of the music ...and start to sway. 

Oh, what am I so worried about anyway?  

Yet, I ask for a sign once more ...and the sun and clouds form a smile. 

I request confirmation ...and suddenly, a feather falls from the sky. 

I demand proof beyond a shadow of a doubt ...and feel bird poop splat in my hair.  

 “Message received.”  

“Angels, please give me the strength to find humor in all situations, the ability to laugh at myself and enjoy life with a divine sense of humor. Thank You.”
