Most Recommended Crystals for Chakras

There are so many varieties of crystals and stones, when it comes down to choosing the right one for you, it’s all a matter of personal preference and how YOUR energy responds when holding each one. Your body’s response may also change from day to day, depending on what you have going on. So, when choosing a crystal or stone, pay attention to how your body’s energy responds and interacts with the energetic vibration of each stone, then choose the one that FEELS right for you each day. 

Over the years, I’ve had a lot of clients and customers ask which stones I would recommend they use for specific chakras and personal healing. So, I would offer a crystal healing evaluation (where I would tune into their energy to see what they had going on), then give them a personal recommendation on which crystals I felt they should start working with.
